Whitewater kayaking-how do you guys do it?!

I used to be ready to jump into any situation with zeal and invincibility, but experience has taught me to be cautious of the unknown, and well... I guess I'm not as young as I used to be.

This is where a guide or a teacher can play a key role, helping you test your boundaries to advance your skills safely. Whether you're a novice, or an experienced paddler wanting to reach that next level, training will help get you there.

Listed below are the websites of some whitewater kayaking schools which offer training. For these and other instructional offerings (both sea and river kayaking), check out "Kayaking School Logo Links" at www.coastandkayak.com/school.php.
